If your booking is more than 2hrs or more than £150 we may ask for 50% of the cost of the treatment upfront. Without this we will not be able to secure your appointment.
Cancellations
Understandably sometimes things happen that are out of our control, however, as a consideration to our salon and staff, if you need to cancel please inform us 72hrs before the appointment. Otherwise you may be charged a 50% late booking fee or a full charge for a missed appointment – charges are at the therapist discretion.

Buy 5 treatments and get the 6th treatment as a free complimentary one. Please note that the 6th treatment is still classed as a ‘normal paid for treatment’ and if the cancellation policy is not followed correctly, the charge will be applied.

These courses are for clients who want a regular maintenance every 4 – 6 weeks. They are only for one named user and can are not available to be split as gifts.
The specialised courses that have set treatment interval requirements, are to be all booked in at the start of the course. This is so that the desired result is met. If any treatment/s go over the time limit then that treatment is forfeited and shall not be refunded in cash.
